If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original unworn condition within 14 working days of receipt.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RETURNS

• Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.

• No exchange possible on items. If looking for another size or another piece, please re-order the item and your original order will be refunded once received.

• Items must be returned in original condition with no tags removed and no odours on the item (don’t wash your item)

• We are not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty or if for some reason, you have received an incorrect order.

• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Generally refunds take up to 5 days to be applied, depending on the bank.

• For special promotions, eg. (warehouse clearance events) we do not offer refund or exchange, only credit note. If you wish to query before purchase, please contact AVAB.SKE@GMAIL.COM

• All faulty/damaged Items must be reported to us within 1 working days of receiving the garment.
